Lincoln is an ordained minister with 20 years of ministerial experience. He possesses a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Christian Counseling and an Associate of Science in Religion and Church Ministries. Lincoln is Licensed professional counselor with a mental health service provider designation, a certified Professional Life Coach and Life Purpose Life Coach. This has given him a unique perspective in the areas of psychology, counseling and life coaching. His education and experiences have led him to develop an integrated model of coaching that he believes will empower his clients to become who God has created them to be and to thrive.
Bronson is our Donor Development Coordinator as well as our Leadership Coach. Bronson graduated from East Tennessee State University in 2017 with his Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Minor in Marketing. Bronson has had 8 years of management experience, of which 4 years of that he was one of the youngest and most successful store managers in his region. During his time in management, he coached and trained 6 Assistant Store Managers and 4 store managers and many associates before being called into full time coaching ministry. Bronson is a worship leader at his church and helps to coach those on the worship team discover their strengths and develop their talents that help lead the congregation into worship on Sundays and Wednesdays. Bronson has a passion to help individuals discover their strengths and to find the passions that drive them so that they may reach their full potential. Bronson also has a great deal of experience establishing relationships in the community with individuals and businesses and creating community outreach events and generating involvement from volunteers. Bronson is excited to work with individuals and businesses to help shape future leaders and help individuals discover their passion and purpose.
Shemeka holds a Master of Science in Guidance and Counseling. She is a National Board Certified Counselor, with additional training in life coaching. She became a follower of Jesus at a young age and enjoys serving in her local church and community. Since 2008, Shemeka has been partnering with individuals to assist them in overcoming personal obstacles. She is passionate about supporting others in their personal development and empowering them to live out God’s purpose for their lives.
Shemeka has been married since 2003 and together they two children. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, reading, photography, and playing the guitar.
Sharon has been married to husband for 21 years. She has two kids; one in high school and one in college. She holds a BA in Communication and an MA in Education, and she is a certified child life/play therapist. She was also an elementary school teacher back in the day and homeschooled her two children during their middle school years.
Sharon is a huge dog lover and actively volunteers with her local canine rescue. She regularly fosters dogs and loves walking and hiking near her home in the foothills of Boulder, Colorado.
Sharon became a believer in Christ as an adult, in her 30’s. As her faith grew and her mind aligned with what God says to be true, her life and relationships changed dramatically – for the better!
Today, Sharon is a certified life coach who is extremely passionate about working with others around achieving their goals, as well as partnering with them to gain understanding and clarity around God’s best plan for their lives.
Taz is our Relationship Coach intern while she finishes her certification in Life Coaching ICF, an Internationally Accredited Course (ACTP). Taz has a passion for serving families and facilitating growth in areas of communication and connection, whether marriage, parent-child relations or co-parenting. Her passion comes from a life of experience in adoption, foster caring, co-parenting and having to navigate relationships through many seasons in life. Taz builds her coaching relationships believing the best of her clients and having faith that with the right tools, an open heart, and dedication, every relationship can thrive. Her mission is to build stronger communities in Christ, one family at a time. Taz was born in South Africa and speaks fluent Afrikaans. Her family moved to New Zealand when she was 13, which is where she met then married her kiwi husband in 2009. She also studied and lived abroad in Arkansas, USA. She loves and respects the diversity that different cultures bring. She now lives in Australia with her husband and two boys. As a family they love adventure, bike rides, beach trips and camping. Taz grew up in a Christian household but dedicated her life to God in 2008, at the age of 22. As a believer and follower of Jesus, her mission is to serve families to help them come back to the basic foundations of relationships as 1 Corinthians 13:4-8 states….’Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in Evil but Rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails.’ With the help of our heavenly Father, this growing process can become our reality.
Philip is an intern Life Coach serving at Recovery Soldiers Ministries: a men’s Christ-centered residential recovery home to help drug addicts and alcoholics recover and be free from substance use disorders. He graduated from Liberty University with a Bachelors of Science in Psychology double majoring in Christian Counseling and Addictions and Recovery. He is currently in the masters program at Liberty University Clinical Mental Health Counseling. He loves spending time with his family and enjoys playing disc golf. God called him out of darkness in 2008 and into His marvelous light and he feels led to help others experience God changing their lives and walking with them in their growth.
